Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive moving and storage services, including:
- Secure Storage Facilities: Up to 1,500 sq ft of climate-controlled bulk storage space in the Greater Malé region, featuring 24-hour CCTV, physical and electronic locks, strict access control, and continuous environmental monitoring.
- Moving Services: Transportation for bulk, medium, and small items within the Greater Malé Area, including five free pick-ups and deliveries per month.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, measure, label, and document all stored items, provide photographic records, and share updated inventory with Embassy personnel.
