Scope of Work
The requirement is for comprehensive maintenance and repair services for government-owned washers, dryers, lint traps, and dryer vents in all dormitory buildings at Travis AFB. Key services include:
- Preventative Maintenance: Quarterly inspections and servicing per manufacturer specifications or industry standards. This includes cleaning, checking connections, inspecting components (hoses, belts, bearings, seals, gaskets), verifying water/drainage, and testing controls.
- Routine Repairs: Responding to service calls within three (3) duty days (unless otherwise agreed) and repairing equipment to working condition. A repair-sequencing plan must ensure no equipment is broken for more than 3 days.
- Logistics: Providing all necessary equipment, tools, supplies, materials, parts, transportation, personnel, labor, supervision, and management.
- Performance Standards: Ensuring 100% equipment inspection/service, no safety deficiencies, and timely service report submission.
- Special Requirements: Contractor personnel must comply with Travis AFB security measures (background checks, DBIDS pre-enrollment), base traffic regulations, OSHA standards, and environmental requirements.
