  • Cleaning: Interior cleaning every five years to remove biogrowth, deposits, and sludge.
  • Maintenance & Repair: Painting and repair services on an as-needed basis.
  • Reporting: Detailed written reports with findings, recommendations, labeled photographs, and estimated repair costs (one hard copy, one digital CD).

Work must comply with American Water Works Association (AWWA) Standards D100 and D102, and Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) 62-555.350. Minimizing water tower downtime is imperative. Contractors must adhere to all applicable safety regulations (OSHA, Air Force standards), environmental protection regulations, and Hurlburt Field base entry/security requirements. Coordination with the 1st Special Operations Civil Engineer Squadron (1SOCES) Inspector or Contracting Officer is required for service interruptions.
