The work also encompasses installing all electrical wiring, HVAC, and piping, completing associated site work, and demolishing the existing water treatment building after component relocation. Key tasks include mobilization, project management, and quality control. The Government will furnish the new water treatment building under a separate project.

Evaluation Criteria
Award will be made to the quoter representing the best value to the Government, based on a combination of non-price and price factors. An acceptable technical rating is required. Quotations must include separate technical and price volumes and will be evaluated for completeness and compliance. Prices must be held firm for 90 calendar days.
Key Requirements / Notes
The contractor is responsible for all travel costs. Key personnel required include a Project Manager and Project Superintendent. Prevailing wage rates, as outlined in Wage Determination CO20260022 for El Paso County, Colorado, apply. Deliverables include Construction Schedule, Material and Equipment Submittals, Quality Control Reports, O&M Manual, and As-built Drawings. An active SAM.gov entity registration is required.
