• Market Research: Performed annually. No alternative brands identified that meet the specific filtration and fit requirements.
• Approvals: Includes certifications from the Facility Manager and Contracting Officer regarding the sole source determination and fair and reasonable pricing.

This solicitation is for the procurement of brand name water treatment filters for the National Park Service (NPS) at Oregon Caves National Monument (ORCA). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-price purchase order.

• Brand name water treatment filters.

• Specific filters required include: HPM99-CCX-2SR Strainrite HiProMicro Bag, HPM99-CC-2SR Strainrite HiProMicro Bag, HPM97-A-2SS Strainrite Bag Filter, and 701-1/30 Harmsco Cartridge Filters.
