Evaluation
Award will be made to the responsible Offeror whose proposal is most advantageous to the Government, primarily based on Lowest Total Price. Price realism and unbalanced pricing will also be evaluated. Quotes must be submitted on the provided Quote Sheet and be complete; incomplete quotes will be considered ineligible.
Additional Notes
Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to quoting. Shipping is FOB Destination to Tinker AFB, OK 73145, and all shipping charges must be included in the quoted price. Payment terms are Net 30, with invoices submitted via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). The Government reserves the right to conduct interchanges.
