Scope of Work

- Quantity & Models: Four (4) Ranger Model chairs (800 lbs max occupancy) and sixteen (16) Ally Model chairs (600 lbs max occupancy).
- Specific Features (for all 20 chairs): Non-folding frame, red color, antimicrobial AlphaSan protection, steel oval tubing armrests with non-porous sleeves, steel elevating/lifting non-removable footrests, Fail-Safe Brake System with handle control, ability to "nest" for storage, anti-tip design, mounted name plate with unique clinic identifier, easy to disinfect and clean.
- Included Items: Each chair must come with two (2) operator/user manuals, a brochure with equipment specifications, manufacturer recommended cleaning guidelines, and shipping charges.
Delivery Requirements
- Delivery required no later than 45 calendar days from contract award.
- No partial deliveries are authorized.
- Seller must notify the COR three business days prior to delivery with tracking information.
- Dock-to-dock delivery during business hours (08:00-15:00 MST, Mon-Fri, excluding Federal Holidays/Weekends).
- Seller is responsible for providing offloading tools/equipment.
- Signature is required upon delivery.
