This will result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order. The period of performance includes a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods, totaling a potential five years. Award will be made on an "all or nothing" basis, requiring quotes for the base and all option periods. Payment will be processed via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), and DLA is tax-exempt.

  • Evaluation will consider Technical Capability, Past Performance (evaluated on an acceptable/unacceptable basis), and Price. Award will be made to the responsible Quoter whose quote is most advantageous to the Government, with the lowest priced technically acceptable quote being selected. Quotes must be held firm for 60 calendar days.
