This presolicitation notice outlines a significant construction effort to address deferred maintenance, code compliance, and modernize space layouts for buildings constructed in 1932, 1952, and 1977. The estimated project value ranges from $25 Million to $35 Million. The solicitation is anticipated for Summer 2026 and will be conducted under full and open competition.
Scope of Work

- Upgrading existing office and materials lab spaces.
- Addressing critical code compliance deficiencies, such as ADA access, fire protection, and structural integrity.
- Implementing comprehensive utility upgrades, including electrical service to 480V, secondary water connections, and a new stormwater management system.
- Renovating and reconfiguring on-site and off-site parking areas.
