- Turbine Fuel, Aviation (JP5): 96,924,000 U.S. Gallons (USG)
- Turbine Fuel, Aviation (JA1): 175,790,000 U.S. Gallons (USG)
Delivery modes include tanker, shallow draft tanker, barge, tanker truck, railcar, and pipeline. FOB destination tanker offers will not be accepted. Requirements may increase, leading to supplemental solicitations.

Evaluation
A phased selection process will be used. Only offerors meeting Phase 1 minimum requirements will advance. Phase 1 requires the offeror to be:
- A refiner/manufacturer; OR
- Provide a Letter of Supply Commitment meeting standards in L3 Supplement: Evidence of Responsibility.
Offerors failing Phase 1 will be notified without opportunity to revise their proposal or engage in negotiations.

The solicitation (SPE602-26-R-0706) will be available on SAM.gov. A hard copy will not be available. Vendors must submit offers through the Offer Entry Tool (OET).
