Submission & Evaluation

For others, immediate request is necessary. Responses to the Generic CSO are limited to 1 page, 11-point font, with 1-inch margins, and should be unclassified/non-proprietary if possible. Proprietary information must be clearly marked. A more detailed CSO will be provided via DOD SAFE to respondents who request it and meet US Commercial Provider requirements.

Eligibility

Offerors must meet the requirements of a US Commercial Provider in accordance with the Commercial Space Act of 1998, Title II Public Law 105-303. Additionally, offerors must provide a Cage Code to verify active SAM registration and active registration/certification in the Defense Logistics Agency Joint Certification Program.
