Submission Requirements
Offerors must submit a signed and dated Standard Form 1449, signed SF 30 (if applicable), a completed pricing schedule (Attachment 0004), a completed Offeror’s Experience Form (Attachment 0005), a completed Subcontracting Information Form (Attachment 0006), and an equipment list detailing brand, make, model, and pump for vegetation maintenance and ODF fire waiver requirements. Evaluation Criteria
Award will be made to the responsible offeror representing the best value based on evaluation factors specified in FAR 52.212-2, including Past Performance, Technical Capability, and Quote Price. Past performance will be evaluated based on data from the last three years.
