Evaluation

Offerors must submit signed documentation from the OEM verifying authorized distributor status. Required information with quotes includes FOB, Shipping Cost, Tax ID#, SAM UEID#, CAGE Code (must be registered in SAM.gov), Business Size, GSA/SEWP Contract # (if applicable), Estimated delivery time, Published Price list, and Total quoted price (including shipping). Quotes must be submitted via email to Cathleen Emmart at cathleen.m.emmart.civ@us.navy.mil. Invoicing and payment will be processed through the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system.
