Scope of Work
The Government seeks a fully integrated, functional, and secure A/V solution that can instantly transition between Classified and Unclassified VTC and briefing modes. Key objectives include:
- Master Control & Seamless Transition: Centralized master controller for one-touch switching between modes without manual cable swapping.
- Secure State Transitions (Red/Black Separation): Strict physical/logical separation of data streams per AFSSI 4212 and DISA STIGs, ensuring verifiable disconnection.
- Visual Situational Awareness: Automated visual indicators (e.g., signs, GUI banners) displaying the current operating mode (SECRET or UNCLASSIFIED).
