Statement of Work (SOW)

To procure essential medical equipment for the Division of Nursing departments to support patient care, safety, and efficiency in clinical operations. The equipment includes bassinets, fetal monitors with delivery carts, and bariatric stand-up weight scales, all meeting specific infection control standards.

Procurement, delivery, and installation of the following medical equipment:

• 5 Novum HDPE Deliver carts: 33.5"H x 33”W x 24”D, with casters (two locking, two non-locking), and a cabinet with one shelf drawer.
• 7 Novum HDPE Fetal Monitor Carts: 43"H, with a base width of 25", top width of 23.8", and base depth of 25". Features include 5" casters (two locking, two non-locking), soft close drawer slides, 2 pull-out trays, 3 drawers, and a cord cut-out.
• 6 Stryker Nara Infant Bassinets: 42.5" height, with adjustable height, narrow storage, soft-edge basket with tilt bar, two-way drawers, sliding retractable work surface, steer locking casters, and made of cleanable ABS plastic and BPA-free Triton polymer plastic.
• 10 Adjustable Position Patient Guest Sleepers' Vinyl Chairs: With USB ports, optional LED light, and swivel tray table. Dimensions provided for frame, seat, arm height, chaise length, and sleep surface length.
• 1 Tanita Portable Bariatric Patient Stand-up Scale: Capable of weighing over 300 lbs.
• 10 Medical Carts: 2-Layer Stainless Steel, 220 lbs. weight capacity, with 360° wheels and a drawer.
• 10 Oslo Three Drawer Patient Night Stands: Available in solid color or woodgrain laminates.

All items must be "Brand name or equal," constructed of HDPE Plastic Resin (unless otherwise specified), easy to clean and maneuver, durable, and white in color. Measurements must not be exceeded due to space limitations.
