- CLIN 0002: 144-1/2" L x 48-1/2" W x 3-1/2" H
- CLIN 0003: 144-1/2" L x 60-1/2" W x 3-1/2" H Inside dimension tolerance is -0 inches/+1/8 inches. Packaging must follow ASTM D3951-10 and MIL-STD-129R, with contractors responsible for providing labels. The requirement for winged pallets has been removed. Shipping is FOB Destination to Defense Distribution San Joaquin, CA (DDJC), where the contractor's obligation ends. Direct OCONUS shipments to Okinawa from overseas locations may be considered if cost-effective.
- Delivery: 30 days from date of order (ARO) per delivery order, with flexibility for multiple shipments per order.
- Samples: One sample of each of the three container types is required within 15 calendar days after contract award.

Technical Capability and Past Performance are evaluated on an acceptable/unacceptable basis, with price being the determining factor among technically acceptable quotes. New entrants without recent CPARS past performance will be rated as "Acceptable."
