Scope of Work

The requirement includes two enterprise-grade UPS systems:

  • Primary UPS System: One (1) approximately 60 kW, 208/220V three-phase, online double-conversion UPS with external battery cabinet(s), providing approximately 45 minutes of runtime. It must include integrated network monitoring and maintenance bypass.
  • Secondary UPS System: One (1) approximately 30 kVA UPS with internal batteries (expandable), integrated monitoring, compatible with network switches, telecommunications, wireless, and servers. Both systems must be new, UL 1778 compliant, and include manufacturer warranties. The contractor will provide a complete, functional solution, including all necessary equipment, batteries, accessories, and cables. Installation services are required, encompassing delivery, placement, assembly, connection, configuration, startup, testing, and debris removal.

Award will be made to the responsible ISBEE offeror whose quotation is technically acceptable, eligible under the Buy Indian Act, responsible per FAR 9.104, and offers the lowest evaluated price. Technical acceptability requires compliance with all solicitation requirements and salient characteristics.
