• Development and implementation of a Quality Control Program (QCP).
• Submission of required reports, including Safety Plans, Pest Management Reports, and Chemical Spray Reports.
• Use of EPA-approved pesticides and licensed applicators.
• Provision of all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, and supervision.
