Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide, deliver, install, and later remove storage containers, and manage the relocation of government property. Key tasks include:
- Furnishing and installing two (2) 20-foot unconditioned storage containers and one (1) 40-foot conditioned storage container.
- Site preparation, shelving installation (one 20' container with shelving along both walls, the other with three 5' wide shelves), and a 208V electrical connection for the conditioned unit.
- Providing all labor and equipment to move government property from WWVH buildings into containers and return it upon project completion.
- Coordinating with the WWVH renovation contractor and electrician for electrical connections.
- Complying with USACE EM-385 Standards for safety.
- Submitting a preliminary schedule and required plans (Container/General Requirements, Quality Control, Site-Specific Safety).
