This solicitation is for X-Ray Machine Repair Services. It is a sole source requirement.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price.

• Period of Performance: From 14 May 2026 to 15 Jul 2026.

• Offerors must submit quotes. The Government will evaluate price for reasonableness and past performance.

• Proposals must be submitted without exceptions, unless exceptions are explicitly noted.

• A single award will be made for all items.

• Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted via email to Sara Robinson at least two days prior to the closing date.

• Offer Due Date/Local Time: 06 Apr 2026, 02:00 PM.

• This acquisition is unrestricted.

• Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).

• Information is provided regarding contractor employee entry into Japan, including required documentation and procedures.

• Invoices and receiving reports must be submitted electronically via Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF).

• Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) requirements are applicable.

Amendment / Modification

This amendment extends the solicitation closing date.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or OEM-authorized troubleshooting, repair, and performance verification services for the Government-owned X-ray machine 'DX-D400' onboard the USS BLUE RIDGE (LCC 19). The goal is to ensure timely repair and restoration of this critical medical/dental equipment to maintain shipboard medical support and operational readiness.

• Diagnose system faults and perform troubleshooting.

• Conduct corrective maintenance and repairs to restore the DX-D400 to full operational status.

• Perform OEM-recommended post-repair functional checks, calibrations, and performance verification.

• Provide written recommendations for corrective actions, follow-on maintenance, or replacement parts.

• Document and provide all test, inspection, and performance verification records.

• Restore the DX-D400 to full operational status or document why full restoration is not possible within the contract scope.

• Timely submission of all deliverables.

• Written recommendations must be clear and technically supportable.

• Compliance with all applicable U.S. and Japanese laws and regulations, and installation and shipboard requirements.

• Enforcement of proper safety precautions, including radiation safety.

• Anticipated Period of Performance: Approximately five (5) workdays between 14 May 2026 and 15 July 2026.

• Place of Performance: Onboard USS BLUE RIDGE (LCC 19) at U.S. Naval Ship Repair Facility and Japan Regional Maintenance Center (SRF-JRMC), Fleet Activities Yokosuka, Japan.

• Contractor personnel must be OEM (or OEM-authorized) with demonstrated experience on the DX-D400.

• Personnel must be able to perform and document OEM-recommended checks and calibrations.

• Compliance with shipboard/installation safety requirements and radiation safety controls is mandatory.

• Contractor must provide all necessary OEM service tools, diagnostic equipment, meters, test equipment, and replacement parts.

• Security clearance and base access procedures must be followed.

• Work is at the UNCLASSIFIED level.

• A 10 percent price evaluation preference may apply for HUBZone small business concerns (FAR 52.219-4).
