• Bid Options:

  • Bid Option 1: Construct a PC Concrete staircase in lieu of the SYP staircase.
  • Bid Option 2: Construct a PC Concrete pathway in lieu of the porous flexible paving system.
  • Bid Option 3: Incorporate specific trees, shrubs, and shaded seed mix.

• Period of Performance: 270 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed.

• Planned Start Date: March 30, 2026 (subject to site and weather conditions).
