This notice is for market research purposes only to assess industry interest, capability, qualifications, and experience for the Garnet Hill Recreation Area Improvements project. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) will use this information to develop an acquisition strategy, which may include competitive acquisition and small business set-aside determinations. Draft specifications and drawings are provided for review and comment.

The project involves construction to improve the Garnet Hill Recreation Area in White Pine County, Nevada. Key improvements include:

• Access roads, trailheads, campgrounds, parking areas, signage, and ADA-accessible features.

• Picnic/day-use areas, vault toilets, and related site amenities.

• Expansion and improvements to the Garnet Hill Main Trailhead.
