  • Removal and Disposal: Excavation, pump-out, and proper disposal of the existing concrete tank and its contents.
  • Installation of New Tank: Supply and install a new 1,000-gallon sealed polyethylene tank (NSF/ANSI Standard 61 compliant) with ballast anchoring, corrosion-resistant straps, and connection to existing plumbing.
  • Site Preparation: Obtaining necessary permits, establishing construction barriers, conducting pre-construction surveys, locating underground utilities, and implementing dust, noise, and traffic control plans.
  • Backfilling and Restoration: Backfilling excavation with compacted granular fill and restoring the surface to original condition, including seeding with native grasses.
  • Testing and Commissioning: Hydrostatic testing for leaks, system functionality testing, and provision of as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and warranties.
