• Government-Furnished Materials: None.

• Construction Contractor Use of Site: Limited to specified areas; preservation of natural features is required. Driveways and entrances must remain accessible. Hauling restrictions apply.

• Public Use of Site: The park will not be closed to the public, but road closures are permitted for Phase Three work for a maximum of 30 days with specific approval.

• Environmental Protection: Strict adherence to environmental regulations, including wildlife protection, vegetation management, invasive species control, erosion control, and waste management is required. An archeological monitor will be on-site during ground-disturbing activities.

• Safety: An Accident Prevention Plan (APP) is required, complying with OSHA and project requirements. Site Safety Supervisor responsibilities are detailed.
