- Architectural: Construction of new partitions, ceilings, soffits, doors, hardware, casework, millwork, and finishes. Asbestos-containing materials (ACM) removal and disposal.
- Electrical: Removal and replacement of electrical systems, installation of new power, lighting, controls, emergency lighting, telecommunications infrastructure, and electronic safety/security systems (fire alarm, access control, nurse call). Full commissioning is required.
- Mechanical: Demolition of existing systems, installation of a new Air Handling Unit (AHU), new air distribution, hydronic work, HVAC control systems, testing, adjusting, balancing (TAB), and enhanced commissioning.
- Plumbing & Fire Protection: Modification and installation of new plumbing for fixtures, and modifications/additions to sprinkler heads. Full commissioning is required.
- Structural: New floor and wall penetrations, infill of existing penetrations, installation of a new concrete housekeeping slab in the attic, and miscellaneous steel framing.
