- Structural & Architectural: Installing grating, repairing oxidized steel columns, concrete infill for slab transitions, saw cutting and removing basement floor slab, backfilling, compacting soil, and installing mezzanine components.
- Existing Conditions: An asbestos survey report for Building 14 (Boiler House) identifies magnesium pipe insulation as containing asbestos, which is currently non-damaged and in good condition. Bidders are responsible for verifying field conditions. Wage rates for building construction in Somerset County, NJ, apply.
