Quick Summary

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is soliciting bids for the refurbishment of three Audiometric Suites, comprising six booths/rooms, at the VAMC Northport, NY. This is a Firm-Fixed-Price, turnkey project requiring the removal of existing materials and installation of new acoustic panels, trim, and carpeting to maintain or improve audiometric efficacy. This opportunity is a Total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. Bids are due by June 4, 2026, at 3:00 PM EDT.

Scope of Work

The contractor will provide all materials, labor, and equipment to refurbish the interior of three Audiometric Suites in Building 200. This includes the removal of all existing acoustic panels, carpet, and trim, followed by the installation of new fabric-encased acoustic panels on all interior walls and doors, new trim, and new carpeting. The project aims to improve or maintain the audiometric efficacy of the suites. The requirement for "Closure Panels" to seal airspaces has been removed by amendment.
