This solicitation is for the "Replace UST and Leak Detection" project at the Fargo VA campus. The project involves the removal and replacement of existing Underground Storage Tanks (USTs) and Aboveground Storage Tanks (ASTs), along with their interconnected below-grade piping systems. This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Project 437-24-101, "Replace UST's & Leak Detection System" at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Fargo Health Care System (VAHCS) in Fargo, North Dakota. The VA intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for a single, firm fixed-price contract. This notice serves as market research to identify interested and capable businesses.
