- Sections D, E, & G (approx. 3,780 SF): Light demolition of metal stud and gypsum walls. Sections D & G will become open Team Areas with new ceiling grids, tiles, and carpet. Section E will be reframed for Exam Rooms or Offices with new ceiling grids, tiles, and carpet/LVT.
- Section F (approx. 1,000 SF): Reframing with metal stud and gypsum walls for Exam Rooms or Offices, new ceiling grids, tiles, and carpet/LVT.
- Section B (approx. 12,465 SF): Heavy demolition of CMU walls, reframing with metal stud and gypsum walls for Exam Rooms or Offices, and new LVT flooring. Corridor walls will remain and receive 1/4" laminate drywall.
- All sections: Installation of new Fan Coil Units with associated piping.
- Abatement: Removal of asbestos-containing material in existing VCT flooring mastic and hydronic piping insulation.
- Trades: Utilization of various trades including demolition, asbestos abatement, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, low-voltage, fire protection, life safety, painting, carpentry, millwork, flooring, data, and physical security.
