- Gravel Purchase and Delivery: 5,000 Short Tons annually.
- Placement of Gravel: 5,000 Short Tons annually, with placement occurring between July 15th and September 1st.
- Water Truck Standby: Provision of a 2,000-gallon water truck for fire suppression.
- Accident Prevention Plan: Submission and adherence to a plan.
- Optional Road Repair: Purchase and delivery of road base and Asphaltic Concrete if requested.

Special Requirements & Compliance
