Scope of Work
The extensive scope includes, but is not limited to:
- Site preparation, clearing, grubbing, and removal of existing monitoring points.
- Installation and operation of dewatering and unwatering systems.
- Design and construction of a soil reinforcement zone and jet grouting test sections/production.
- Conduit shoring, demolition, and repair of the spillway/outlet works conduit, including backfill and chemical grouting.
- Excavation of dam embankment, foundation, and discharge channel.
- Installation of new sand filter layers, seepage blankets, toe drains, and inspection wells.
- Construction of a new stability berm fill and Mechanically Stabilized Earth (MSE) wall.
- Furnishing and installing riprap, rockfill slope protection, flumes, and weir boxes.
- Construction of new embankment measurement points and piezometers.
- Restoration of disturbed ground, access roads, and installation of a roll-up door on the conduit headwall.
- Removal, design, and construction of a new fishing platform, access ramp, and sidewalks.
- Installation and removal of temporary electrical utility infrastructure.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Lump Sum.
- Estimated Magnitude: More than $10,000,000.
- Period of Performance: Anticipated December 31, 2026, to June 30, 2030 (1277 calendar days from Notice to Proceed).
- Liquidated Damages: $15,789.47 per calendar day, up to $1,500,000.00.

- Submission: Electronic submission is required. Offerors must provide at least 180 calendar days for Government acceptance. A Bid Guarantee (20% of bid price or $8 million, whichever is less) is required.
