Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for:
- Constructing reinforced concrete transformer and CT pads.
- Furnishing and installing a CT cabinet with a 1600A service entrance disconnect.
- Furnishing and installing a main distribution panel with 48 poles.
- Furnishing and installing cable and conduit between the transformer and CT cabinet.
- Furnishing and installing four guard posts around each reinforced concrete pad.
- Furnishing and installing a ground system for the transformer.
- Submitting installation plans and equipment descriptions at least 28 days before work commences.
- Coordinating with the utility provider (Mor-Gran-Sou Electric Cooperative) for transformer installation and connection. The Bureau of Reclamation will contract separately with the utility for the service line and transformer.

Evaluation factors include Work Plan, Past Performance, and Price, which will be equally weighted. The Government intends to award to the Best Value without discussions. This procurement is conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
