• Alternate Roofing Systems: The Government will not consider alternate metal roofing systems; the approach must meet specified performance, drainage, and aesthetic requirements.
• Porch Roof Shingles: The Statement of Work (SOW) specifies new 3-Tab shingles for the porch roof. Architectural/dimensional shingles are not acceptable for this area.
• Dormer Roofing: EPDM material is required for the dormer.
• Gutters, Downspouts, and Ridge Cap: The SOW specifies 6-inch half-round, mill-finish aluminum gutters (0.81mm thick) and 4-inch diameter smooth-round, mill-finish aluminum downspouts (0.61mm thick). The ridge cap must match new metal stamped slate roof material.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the Duncan House Roof Replacement project at Cuyahoga Valley National Park.
