GAOA BAR ISLAND DAM RECONSTRUCTION

Submission & Evaluation

• Proposal Due Date: May 25, 2026, at 2:00 PM local time. Proposals must be submitted electronically.
• Site Visit: A site visit is scheduled for April 30, 2026, at 10:00 AM local time. Attendance is strongly encouraged.
• Questions Due: No later than May 5, 2026, at 2:00 PM MDT. An RFI form is provided for submissions.
• Evaluation Criteria: Award will be based on a best value tradeoff process, considering Experience, Schedule, Past Performance, and Price. Non-price factors (Experience, Schedule, Past Performance) are of equal importance to each other and, when combined, are approximately equal in importance to Price.
• Required Submissions: Offerors must acknowledge all amendments, provide a bid guarantee, and submit an Experience Project Data Sheet and a Past Performance Questionnaire (due by the proposal deadline). Quality control and safety plans are required within 10 days of award.
• Subcontracting Limitations: Bidders must demonstrate compliance with the 15% required self-performance for small business set-asides.
