Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To improve the physical security and structural integrity of a coastal cabin at Padre Island National Seashore, including repairs and enhancements to withstand environmental conditions.

• CLIN 001: Repair doors and install corrosion-resistant reinforcement hardware, including new deadbolts and jamb reinforcement.

• CLIN 002: Inspect and repair roof leaks using marine-grade, corrosion-resistant materials and stainless steel fasteners. Verify repairs with a water test.

• CLIN 003: Install ten (10) CAT 5 TDI hurricane-resistant, non-decorative Bahama shutters made of corrosion-resistant materials (stainless steel or powder-coated aluminum). Shutters must be mechanically operable, lockable for intrusion resistance, and comply with Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) regulations and ASTM impact testing.
