Scope of Work

The lightning protection system must be detached, reinstalled by a certified UL listed installer, and recertified. Additional tasks include installing new valley and step flashing, debris containment in the attic, and removal of all debris. Safe access for government and public must be maintained. The structure is a designated historic site, requiring precautions to prevent damage to historical materials. Note: The well-house roofs behind the building are not included in this contract.
