Scope of Work
The project involves comprehensive interior renovations across 11 employee housing units located in the Watchman and Oak Creek Housing Areas within Zion National Park. Key tasks include:
- Flooring Replacement: Removal of existing carpet and pad, followed by installation of new carpet in bedrooms and Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) in common areas. Existing vinyl flooring will generally remain, with new LVP installed over it. Baseboard work is also included.
- Cabinet and Countertop Replacement: Removal of existing kitchen cabinets, countertops, sinks, faucets, garbage disposals, and bathroom vanities/countertops. Installation of new factory-finished knotty alder cabinets, mid-grade quartz countertops with matching backsplashes, and specified plumbing fixtures.
- Site Preparation & Cleanup: Includes subfloor leveling, wall surface repair, post-construction cleaning, and offsite disposal of all removed materials.
- Optional Work: Interior painting of approximately 1,500 SF in Quarters 46 is an option line item.
