Scope of Work
This project involves the comprehensive replacement of a failed 17.5-ton PCU. Key tasks include:

- Installation of a new 17.5-Ton Carrier Model PCU, suitable for rooftop applications and inclement weather, ensuring it fits the existing pad and has specific duct positioning (208V, 3-Phase, 60 HZ).
- Replacement of exterior supply and return air ducts, outdoor air hood with manual damper, electrical power cable, panel, and controls.
- Installation of a new thermostat controller compatible with the new PCU.
- Full installation, connection, calibration, troubleshooting, and commissioning of the new system according to manufacturer recommendations.
- Anchoring the new PCU to the concrete pad and utilizing a crane for placement, with necessary permits and ground protection.
