Statement of Work (SOW)

This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the requirements for the renovation of the Outpatient Pharmacy and HVAC systems at the Mather VA Hospital, Project 612A4-19-016.

The project involves furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and professional engineering services for the construction effort. Key areas include:

• Site preparation, demolition, and removal of existing systems and structures.

• Renovation of the Outpatient Pharmacy and HVAC systems.

• Construction primarily during normal working hours, with limited off-hours for specific tasks.

• Disposal of construction debris and submission of waste reports.

• Compliance with VA Medical Center guidance for Class IV infection controls.

• Comprehensive third-party inspections and testing for all divisions, paid for by the General Contractor.

• Personnel: Contractor to provide a list of personnel, including leads and supervisors, to the COR. All contractors must display visible ID badges.
