This solicitation is for the replacement of existing JCI controllers with Siemens BACnet controllers in the b105 Simulation Center at VAPAHCS Palo Alto. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and services to complete this project.

• Replacement of existing JCI controllers with Siemens BACnet controllers for the HHW Panel and AHU Panel.

• Standard controls point-to-point checkout and verification.

• Integration into existing Siemens Campus BMS Front End.

• Provision of system low voltage and control for various components including boilers, pumps, and fans.

• Upgrade of existing JCI zone sensors to new zone temperature sensors.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

The objective of this project is to replace existing JCI controllers with Siemens BACnet controllers in the b105 Simulation Center at VAPAHCS Palo Alto.

• Replace existing JCI controllers with Siemens BACnet controllers.

• Perform work within 60 calendar days from the notice to proceed.

• Provide a project schedule upon award and notify the CO/COR of any expected delays.

• Coordinate work with the COR to minimize impact on daily activities and noise.

• Provide operation and maintenance instructions, and manufacturer documentation upon project completion.

• Provide a one-year full parts and labor warranty on cooling tower parts.

• Provide all necessary tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment.

• Ensure daily cleanup and securing of the work site, including waste disposal.

• Implement quality control for all work conducted.

• Obtain required ID badges for all employees.

• Coordinate utility shutdowns with a minimum of 21 days written notice.
