• Contractor-provided equipment includes new Cisco 9300 POE switches, patch panels, PDUs, and duplex receptacles. New Avigilon rack NVRs must provide a minimum of 30 days (option for 60 days) of backup.
• Work requires coordination with VA, adherence to specific work hours (including nights/weekends for disruptive tasks), and a contractor superintendent always on-site.
• All materials must be sourced from the USA, and manufacturers must be nationally recognized with local vendor representation.

• Subcontracting Limitation: SDVOSB firms must adhere to FAR 52.219-14(e)(3), limiting subcontracting to non-similarly situated entities to 85% of the contract performance (excluding materials).
