Project Scope
The contractor will provide all labor, tools, and materials necessary for a comprehensive upgrade of exterior signage and wayfinding systems. This includes directional wayfinding, identification of buildings, parking garages, parking lots, vehicle and pedestrian routes, and all areas of interest across the campus. Specific work involves campus perimeter/entry points, new or upgraded monument and/or marquee signs, and parking garage signage. Key requirements include:
- Installation of electrical connections for illuminated signs, with shop drawings prepared by a Florida Licensed Structural Engineer for VA approval.
- Calculation of sign footing dimensions by a licensed Florida structural engineer, submitted in shop drawing format.

- Maintaining a clean environment, removing all materials, and patching/painting/caulking as needed.

Contract Details
- Contract Type: Firm Fixed-Price, Bid-Build.

- Set-Aside: 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and SBA VetCert.
- Limitations on Subcontracting: Contractor must perform at least 15% of the cost (excluding materials) with its own employees. For General Construction, not more than 85% of the contract amount can be paid to non-SDVOSB/VOSB firms.
- Bonds: A bid bond (20% of bid price or $3,000,000, whichever is less) is required. Performance and payment bonds are required within 10 calendar days of award.
Submission & Evaluation
