• Number of Awards: Only one contract is anticipated.

• Evaluation Method: Technical is pass/fail. Past Performance uses recency and quality for an internal rating (not disclosed in the solicitation). Technical and Past Performance are more important than price. A best value decision will be made using these two data points and price.

• A price schedule requirement is confirmed and an amendment has been issued.

• Clarification on the evaluation methodology, particularly for Past Performance, has been provided.
