• Dumpster/Disposal Routes: A map showing the Contractor Mobilization Area is attached. Debris removal is required daily, and the disposal container must be in the mobilization area.

• Staffing: One person can fulfill Superintendent and Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO) roles. A separate individual is required for Contractor Quality Control (CQC) Manager, provided qualifications are met.
• Photographic Documentation: Daily photo uploads are not accepted in lieu of the requirement in Spec 01 00 00, paragraph 1.20.
• Signage: No new signage is to be created. Contractor is to remove, store, and reinstall existing signage.
• Ductwork Testing: Existing ductwork shall be pressure tested for leakage per specifications. Repair of leaks, if necessary, will be a modification to the scope. As-built drawings for HVAC are not provided for pricing DALT; contractor is to perform leak testing and report results.
• Slab on Grade: All slabs are assumed to be slab on grade, approximately 8 inches thick. A moisture barrier is required for all ground floor flooring installations. Moisture testing is not required.
• Period of Performance (POP): The overall period of performance is extended. Substantial completion must be reached within 400 calendar days of Notice To Proceed (NTP). Work hours outside regular hours, on weekends, and holidays are permitted and may be necessary.
• Painting: An additional phase for painting may be accepted at an appropriate point in the schedule or after flooring/wall protection is complete, provided the overall 400-day period of performance is met.
