This amendment addresses the following:

• Site Visit Scheduled: A site visit is scheduled for May 14, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Togus VA Medical Center, Building B200. Abigail Campbell is the Point of Contact for the site visit.

• Refrigerant Clarification: In response to a vendor question, it is clarified that isolating the compressor during replacement is not possible. The refrigerant from the entire circuit must be recovered and cannot be reused due to the nature of the failure. Additionally, fresh oil must be added to the circuit after draining the oil equalizer line during installation.

• Submission Due Date Extended: The response submission deadline has been extended to Tuesday, May 19, 2026, by 5:00 PM EST.

• The submission due date has been modified.

• Clarification provided regarding refrigerant handling and oil replacement.

• The proposal submission deadline is now May 19, 2026, 5:00 PM EST. Late submissions will be handled per FAR 52.212-1(f).
