This is a Sources Sought Synopsis for market research purposes to identify Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), and Small Businesses (SB) capable of performing electrical and other wiring work at the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The project involves converting the North Campus Electrical Distribution System from a Radial System to a Composite Primary Loop Radial System, including addition/replacement of electrical distribution equipment, underground medium voltage feeders, duct banks, interlock systems, fault indicators, and detailed outage planning. A thorough utility survey is also required.
