This solicitation is for Maintenance and Repairs for the American Samoa Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) for the VA Pacific Islands Health Care System (VAPIHCS). The contract will cover monthly preventive maintenance and subsequent repairs of buildings and related systems.

• General preventative maintenance and repairs for building and related systems.

• Masonry and Carpentry services.

• Plumbing services.
