Solicitation

This is a solicitation for the EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades - Tier 2 construction project (#538-21-705) at the Chillicothe VA Medical Center (VAMC) in Chillicothe, OH. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract using the design-bid-build method.

The project requires a general contractor to prepare the site for building operations and complete the EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades. This includes:
