Scope of Work

- Performing electrical integration, system testing, commissioning, and restoring monitoring.
- Documenting all repairs, testing, and commissioning.
- Providing necessary equipment such as ladders/lifts for access.
- Ensuring new solar inverters are California State Certified.

Eligibility & Submission
This solicitation is open only to VIP-listed SDVOSBs. Offerors must possess a C-46 Solar Contractor license from the California Contractors State License Board, complete a 30-hour OSHA Construction Safety course, and have a minimum of 5 years' experience troubleshooting and repairing Satcon inverters, with references.
Offers must be submitted via email to ositadima.ndubizu@va.gov using the provided Enclosure 1 form. Required submissions include Enclosure 1, a capabilities statement/experience, and certifications/training as separate email attachments. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of all amendments.
