- Electrical: Installation of three new paralleled 3MW, 12.47kV diesel generators, associated switchgear, new underground medium voltage duct banks, pad-mounted transformers, and integration of all facilities. Decommissioning of existing localized generators and fuel tanks.
- Mechanical: Dedicated HVAC systems for generator spaces, ventilation, and installation of two 40,000-gallon double-wall fiberglass underground fuel oil storage tanks.
- Civil & Site: Construction of a new blast-rated generator building (approx. 5,100 GSF), extension/rerouting of site utilities, new site security fencing, blast protection walls, reconfigured drive aisles/parking, and site restoration.
